Norton Folgate, London is a 336,000 sq ft mixed-use redevelopment in Shoreditch, integrating office, retail and residential space within a site that draws on the historic fabric of the area.
This 3-4 year construction project involves demolition, historic building retention, extensive refurbishment, basement and new build works, phased in a way that protects the heritage of the site.
British Land commissioned us to provide 360° photographic records to document progress throughout the evolving life of the project.
Using an interactive map for accurate location mapping, our site survey teams captured 360° 4K photos from set locations, every four weeks. Outputs were registered and QA-checked by our team prior to release to the project team.
We also created high-resolution virtual tours at key milestones, for both record purposes and public and customer engagement.
Through our interactive software, site teams are able to access to the latest photographic records, as well as previous progress. The cloud-based software facilitates access via multiple device types, so users can easily compare the 360° images through user-friendly dashboards.
British Land will also receive an archive output at the end of project, providing a highly visual, long term record for this complex, regeneration scheme.
